Automatic Payment Government Bids & RFPs

Proposals must be received by the TWWD no later than 2:00 PM on October 16, 2026. one 1 original and two 2 copies of the proposal must be received by the twwd, located at 400 fish road, tiverton, ri **** no later than 2: 00 pm on october 16, 2026

Payment will be made within 30 days of completion of service and receipt of invoice. payment will be made within thirty 30 days of the completion of the service, in an acceptable fashion, to the twwd and receipt of invoice, whichever is later.

Evaluation uses scoring weights: qualifications and experience (40 points), approach and strategy (30 points), and fee score (30 points). proposals will be evaluated using the following scoring weights resulting in a maximum score of 100 points

Firms must be lawfully engaged in certified public accounting or collections and payment system processing in good standing with experience in Rhode Island. each applicant submitting proposals must be lawfully engaged in the practice of certified public accounting, or collections and payment system processing in good standing

False representations are grounds for termination and forfeiture of all payments. false representations will also be grounds for forfeiture of all payments under the contract.

Questions must be received three calendar days before the RFQ due date. any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing by email to the purchasing officer at ***@***. *. * and must be received three 3 calendar days before the rfqs due date to be considered.

Awards will not be made to firms that defaulted on contracts with TWWD, Rhode Island municipalities, the state, or federal government within the past 5 years. awards will not be made to any person, firm andor corporation that has defaulted upon a contract with the twwd, any rhode island municipality or fire district, the state of rhode island or the federal government within the past 5 years.
