Any change in the status of the certified individuals during the life of this contract must be reported to the contracting officer. All certification numbers will be verified through the certifying office. Failure to have a certified arborist on site during the evaluation, pruning, felling of trees and cabling shall result in the termination of the contract. All tree workers shall, through related training and on the job experience, be familiar with the technical aspects and hazards of tree maintenance work and equipment used in such operations. All tree workers shall abide by any code of ethics or professional conduct established by the national arborist association and the international society of arboriculture.
