This is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Poplar Trail Improvements and West Extension project in Annapolis, Maryland. The project involves constructing a ten-foot wide shared-use path, grading, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, landscaping, and traffic control improvements.
