Lot 1: This project involves the removal of designated trees and the clear cutting of identified vegetation within the defined project boundaries. The purpose of this work is to support planned site development, ensure environmental and structural safety, and maintain compliance with applicable state and local regulations. All tree removal and clearing activities will be conducted in a controlled, responsible manner that prioritizes worker safety, minimizes disruption to surrounding areas, and protects adjacent natural resources. Prior to the start of work, the project area will be reviewed to confirm tree markings, verify protection zones, and identify any environmentally sensitive areas requiring avoidance or mitigation. Only the trees and vegetation explicitly approved for removal will be cleared. All debris will be handled, transported, and disposed of in accordance with regulatory requirements and established project procedures. Erosion control and site stabilization measures will be installed and maintained throughout the duration of the work to reduce environmental impact. Upon completion of clearing operations, the site will be inspected to ensure that all work has been carried out according to project specifications and applicable standards.
