The Ocean County Board of Health (OCBH) is seeking bids for animal shelter supplies on an as-needed basis. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 3, 2026, at 10:30 am via BidNetDirect. Bidders must comply with NJ regulations and provide required documentation, including proof of business registration. The contract is open-ended and all services require an approved purchase order. Delivery locations include the northern and southern ocean county animal facilities.
Bids shall be electronically uploaded no physical bids shall be received, opened, or honored. The bidder must ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time.
Invoices will be processed for payment only after inspection and acceptance of the order shipment by an authorized representative of ocbh.
Contractor further specifically agrees, as and if called for in the specifications, instructions to bidders, and general and supplemental conditions, as may be applicable, to extend any and all required warranties and guarantees against defects in materials and workmanship to ocbh as set forth therein.
Failure to complete this form or to provide any of the requested information will be grounds for the rejection of the bid proposal.
A contractor, subcontractor or supplier who fails to provide proof of business registration or provides false business registration information shall be liable to a penalty of 25 for each day of violation, not to exceed 50,000 for each business registration copy not properly provided or maintained under a contract with a contracting agency.
