The project includes an allowance of $45,000 for salt barn roof replacement. The contractor must sell all electricity generated to Eversource. The project must be completed by June 30, 2027. Proposals will be evaluated based on financial benefit to the town lease payments, revenuesharing, or equivalent quality and reliability of system design contractors qualifications and experience with similar buyallzrec projects operations, maintenance, and monitoring offerings production guarantees and risk allocation ability to meet project schedule and ensure longterm system performance ability to procure a minimum of five percent 5 of the materials by june 30, 2026 to meet the safe harbor deadline.
