Past performance will be evaluated based on projects provided by the offeror and performance information from government databases. The intent is to evaluate the demonstrated ability to successfully complete comparable requirements, ensuring they have the experience and capability to deliver quality results on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications.
Offerors must submit 50 complete recent and relevant projects at a hospital medical center federal or other than federal project of this same size, scope, and complexity or greater. Offerors shall prepare and forward to prior clients for submission to the contracting office Exhibit B Past and Present Performance Questionnaire for all the projects listed by offeror and submitted using Exhibit A Performance Relevancy Survey.
Failure to furnish a bid guarantee in the proper form and amount, by the time set for opening of bids, may be cause for rejection of the bid. If the successful bidder fails to execute all contractual documents or furnish executed bonds within 10 days after receipt of the forms by the bidder, the contracting officer may terminate the contract for default. In the event the contract is terminated for default, the bidder is liable for any cost of acquiring the work that exceeds the amount of its bid, and the bid guarantee is available to offset the difference.
