Vendors must comply with various requirements including affirmative action, business registration, and ownership disclosure. all vendors are required to comply with n. j. s. a. 10: 531 et seq. and n. j. a. c. 17: 27 et seq.
Penalties may apply for discrimination violations. there may be deducted from the amount payable to the contractor by the contracting public agency, under this contract, a penalty of **** for each person for each calendar day during which such person is discriminated against or intimidated
Requests for interpretations must be received at least 10 days prior to the proposal opening. every request for interpretations should be made in writing to the school business administrator. it must be received at least ten 10 days, not including saturdays, sundays, and holidays, prior to the date fixed for the opening of proposals
Failure to submit required documents or comply with requirements may lead to disqualification. failure to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the proposal.
