Regular deliveries are scheduled weekly, with orders placed before Wednesday for delivery within 14 calendar days. Deliveries are expected between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM MT. Emergency deliveries are expected preferably within 7 calendar days.

Payment shall be made upon submission of a proper invoice in accordance with net 30-day payment terms.

All invoice submissions must be made electronically through the U. S. Department of Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Payment will be made based on government acceptance of deliverables and certification of accurate labor charges.

A full 1-year manufacturer warranty is included, and the entire system shall be warranted for parts and labor for twelve months from the date of installation and acceptance. Warranty coverage commences upon government acceptance.

Award will be made to the lowest-priced offeror whose offer is determined technically acceptable. Technical acceptability will be determined on a pass/fail basis against the salient characteristics and minimum requirements.

Offerors must be the manufacturer or an authorized reseller of the items quoted. They must also provide a technical description of the items or services offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements.

If the contractor fails to deliver all requested supplies within its designated delivery phase, the contractor shall pay, as fixed and agreed liquidated damages, a reasonable sum identified by the government for each calendar day of delay until delivery is complete.

Quotes that do not meet all salient characteristics will be determined technically unacceptable and will not be considered for award. Submissions with macros or executable file types may be considered nonresponsive.

The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is 5 January 2027 through 2 April 2027.

Failure to respond or submit information in sufficient detail may result in a company not being considered a likely offeror when deciding on whether or how to set aside a solicitation for restricted competition.
