This project is being funded, in whole or in part, through the Vermont Capital Construction Act funds. The contractor is hereby notified that, pursuant to Vermont Executive Order ****, dated March 3, 2022, the purchase of Russian sourced goods and goods produced by Russian entities is prohibited. The awarded contractor must fill out and sign the Executive Order **** vendor certification as part of the contract awarding process. Late bids will not be considered.
