The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking proposals for the supply of liquid helium for one base year and two option years. Bidders must review the ANL-70 RFQ and Statement of Work, dated February 12, 2025, for further details. Proposals must be submitted by May 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM CST. The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a firm fixed price contract for one cold hydrotherapy unit. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR subpart 13 simplified acquisition procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set aside. Naval Special Warfare requires a cold hydrotherapy unit. The unit must be able to plug into a 120vac 20a outlet, fit through a standard doorway, and be filled and drained with a water hose. It must accommodate up to 6 personnel, have spa jets, commercial filtration and circulation system, inline erosion feeder, touchscreen display, air cooled chiller, LED lights, interior bench and stairs, and not exceed 79 x 79 x 34 dimensions. The unit must be brand new. Delivery is required within 30 days from the award date to Virginia Beach, VA, 23459. The government will perform all offloading when the items are delivered. No installation is required by the contractor. All equipment shall be secured and organized in the container when delivered. The contractor must call the day prior to delivery to verify delivery time and location. The contractor shall refrain from using certain terms and trademarks in any publications, websites, materials, media, or advertising media.
