The contract work shall be completed within 150 calendar days after the notice to proceed.

Payments will be made as outlined in the general conditions. Progress payments shall be made no more than once every thirty 30 calendar days, nor shall the amount paid be in excess of ninetyfive percent 95 of the total contract at the time of completion.
