The US
Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking sources to supply a 24 butterfly valve with an electric actuator and two flange
kits for Little Goose Lock and Dam in Dayton, WA. The successful offeror shall provide one new 24 butterfly valve, one electric actuator, and 24 flange kit. Technical documentation, including part numbers and a configuration drawing of the complete assembly, shall be submitted to the technical point of contact at site through contracting office, for technical evaluation, prior to contract award. All items shall be delivered FOB destination to Little Goose Dam within 34 weeks of award. The contractor shall be responsible for packing and shipping the components in a manner that will ensure undamaged and complete arrival to Little Goose Dam. No shipments are allowed other than normal business hours of Monday-Thursday 7:00 am-3:00 pm, excluding holidays. All shipments and invoices shall be delivered to: Little Goose Dam **** Little Goose Dam road Dayton, WA 99328. The valve shall be covered by a minimum of two-year warranty on all parts, labor, and workmanship from factory defects. The actuator shall be covered by a minimum of one-year warranty on all parts, labor, and workmanship from factory defects. Two complete physical copies and a single digital copy of the operation and maintenance manual for the valve and actuator will be required. The manual shall include instructions on the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and warranty of the systems. They shall also include diagrams listing all system components, part numbers, and a list of recommended spare parts. Also included shall be the name, phone, and email address of the contractor, manufacturer, and a distributor where spare parts can be purchased. The following identification shall be inscribed on the covers: operating and maintenance instructions contract name little goose lock and dam name of the contractor contract number.
