Grandville East End Gateway and Greenspace The Kent County Purchasing Division on behalf of the City of Grandville is soliciting bids for East End Gateway Project located at **** Chicago Drive SW, Grandville, MI. This project includes creating a community green space and completing safety improvements at the intersection of Ottawa Avenue, Crystal Street, and Chicago Drive. The community green space includes new sidewalk, benches, trash and recycling receptacles, seat wall, bike rack, dumpster enclosure, and bollard lighting. Safety improvements include curb reconstruction and associated drainage improvements, street resurfacing, relocation of pedestrian crosswalks, and revised pavement markings near the intersection and along Chicago Drive in each direction. The allowable onsite construction period for this project starts September 8, 2026 with desired final completion on or before October 30, 2026.
