This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only, not a solicitation for proposals or pricing. Interested parties must provide information on their socioeconomic categories (e. g. , SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, 8(a)), SAM unique entity ID, whether the requested services can be ordered against a government contract, and estimated lead time for a fully functioning solution. Responses are due by 12:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. Sealed requests for proposals for contracted consultant proposal are being accepted by Alvin Independent School District. Proposals are due by April 10, 2025, at 1:30 PM. Submission must include one original and a copy. Duplicate proposals are not accepted during the same school year. Additional submissions are only accepted with changes in pricing or bid categories. Vendors must comply with Texas school law regarding competitive bidding for items or services over $50,000. The contract is for one year, with an option to renew for two additional years.
