The requirement includes the supply of various fuel products (distillates and residuals) for Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington with the ordering period of: October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2030. This is a total small business set-aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 324110. The contract line items (CLINs) are grouped by clusters and will be awarded all-or-none basis per cluster. If you propose on any line items within a cluster, you must propose on all items in that cluster.

Sealed bids are requested for an annual contract to furnish traffic signal head assemblies and backplates. Bidders must review all attached documents (TCS no. 1, revised ****). Bids must be submitted before 05/16/2025 10:00 AM CST. Bids received after the opening date and time will be rejected. The Department of Transportation and Development does not participate in online submittal. Bid prices must be in the unit of measure shown and remain firm for the contractual period. Unit price bids must not exceed two digits to the right of the decimal point. All bid prices shall include all costs incidental to any license or patent. Shipments are FOB destination. Invoices must reference the purchase order number. Payment will be made within the discount period, or within 30 calendar days from receipt of a correct invoice. Vendor registration should be completed in LAPAC prior to bid submission. Bidders must specify the brand and model number of the product offered. Bidders proposing an equivalent brand or model should submit information such as illustrations, descriptive literature, and technical data. All bid amounts shall be submitted in US dollars. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. By signing the bid, the bidder certifies compliance with all instructions, terms, conditions, and specifications, and further certifies that the bid is made without collusion or fraud.
