The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation (HACN) is seeking flooring contractors for labor and materials to remove and install flooring at the HACN administration office located at **** S. Hensley Drive, Tahlequah, OK **** must self-perform measurements, and Brian Washington (HACN inspector) must accompany the contractor into the building. Bids may be mailed, emailed, or delivered in person. Indian preference will be given to bidders who provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Office (TERO). The successful bidder must complete the TERO labor agreement and pay all applicable fees. The contractor must comply with insurance requirements (workers compensation, general liability, automobile coverage). Subcontractors must be approved by HACN and the TERO office. The contractor must submit required documentation within three days of notification of award. The contractor agrees to a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace policy.
