Water Testing Government Bids & RFPs

Proposals must be submitted by Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM prevailing time.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certificate of experience and certificate of equipment.

Upon failure to execute the contract and furnish performance bonds within twenty-one days, the bidder shall forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty 60 days after the date set for the opening thereof.

Failure to execute the contract and furnish performance bonds within twenty-one days of award will result in forfeiture of the bid deposit as liquidated damages.

Responses to this IFB must be received July 24, 2026, 10:30 am.

Payment will be made by the hhs agency in accordance with the pricing provided on exhibit c pricing sheet. The pricing is considered allinclusive, and no other pricing may be provided on an invoice.

Contractor shall provide, at minimum, full warranty coverage including labor, material, and equipment deficiencies for twelve 12 months or the manufacturer warranty, whichever is greater.

The bidder shall have relevant experience required for the performance of the services as outlined in this ifb. The minimum experience required is three 3 years.

An optional onsite visit will be conducted on July 7, 2026, 10:00 am at the San Angelo State Supported Living Center.

Failure to comply with the sole point of contact requirements may result in disqualification of the response. Inclusion of assumptions could result in disqualification of a response. Responses received without a properly completed HSP will be disqualified.

Responses to this IFB must be received by July 23, 2026, 10:30 AM Central Time.

Payment will be made in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, known as the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and describe the work completed.

Award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state of Texas, considering bidder meeting or exceeding requirements, ability to meet performance delivery, and price.

The bidder shall have relevant experience for at least five years. Personnel assigned must be fully trained and have at least five years of relevant experience. All personnel must be at least 18 years of age. A minimum of three verifiable references for similar services within the last five years must be provided.

A mandatory onsite visit will be conducted on July 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time at Mexia State Supported Living Center, 540 Chapel Drive, Mexia, TX **** to attend in person will result in disqualification.

Failure to attend the mandatory onsite visit, not being listed on the attendance log for the onsite visit, submitting exceptions to the IFB, including assumptions in the response, or failing to comply with communication restrictions may result in disqualification.

The estimated historical spend for the same or similar services is $48,**** for the period 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027.

The bid submission deadline has been extended to July 24, 2026. he purpose of this modification is to extend the bid submission date from jul 3 2026 to jul 24 2026
