Pre- finished metal exterior cladding with aluminum trim, gray, tan, or ivory color. Fiberglass Reinforced interior cladding. Commercial grade tile or vinyl flooring slip resistant. Interior walls, white in color. Rubber Membrane Roof, slip resistant, no color preference. Roof exterior shall be designed to mount equipment & support personnel. Insulation in walls, ceiling and floor R25 Equivalent, must meet or exceed. 2018 Kentucky Building Code requirements. Insulated metal access door, 36" W Includes: Hydraulic door closer, weather stripping, door drip, door threshold, commercial type handle with Mechanical Key- less lock.
