Sponsorship agreements are between the contractor and sponsors, with CDOT not being a party to these agreements. Segments are generally 1 mile in length. Cleaning services include litter pickup, disposal, recycling, and hand- sweeping. Frequency of cleaning varies based on traffic volume and location.
