Liquidated damages of $600 per day will be assessed for each day beyond the 365-day contract time or modified completion date. herefore, the contractor will pay the county on demand 600 per day for each and every day beyond the three hundred and sixty five 365 calendar days, or modified date of completion, that the county determines that work is not complete, as damages caused by such delay and not as a penalty.
A site investigation is mandatory.
