The Air Force Test Center intends to award a sole-source contract to Talen X, Inc. for providing broadsim global navigation satellite system simulation hardware and software. The contract is a firm fixed price commercial purchase order. The acquisition is sole-source due to the unique capabilities of the Broadsim Gnss simulator. Responses to this notice of intent, which is not a request for proposals, must be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM CDT on October 10, 2025. The responses must demonstrate the offeror's capability to provide the required items.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) requires a Microwave Digital Lock-in Amplifier for measurement of photonic test structures.
