Prequalification Government Bids & RFPs

The Montgomery County, Ohio is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Drexel Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation project. All submissions are due by January 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM. A mandatory prequalification meeting will be held virtually on January 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Questions must be submitted by January 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

The deadline for prequalification packages is December 31, 2025. The project involves the design and construction of a new multi-story science building. Required submittals include Swinerton Builders prequalification and Swinerton Master Service Agreement (MSA).

The district requires from prospective bidders answers to questions contained in this application including a complete statement of the prospective bidders financial ability and experience in performing public works, division of state architect dsa projects. Each contractor and subcontractor must be a dir registered contractor to qualify as a prequalified bidder. One fully completed prequalification application with all required documentation should be submitted to the district by january 26, 2026 at 1: 00 p. m.
