Sealed proposals will be received by the board of school commissioners of mobile county, alabama until Thursday, August 21, 2025 @10:00 am. The submission of the bid, acceptance, and award of the bid by the school board constitutes a binding contract. Bidders must be the authorized sales dealer for the items quoted and must guarantee all items to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All repairs, replacements, or adjustments during the warranty period shall be at the bidders sole expense. Bidders are assumed to be informed regarding conditions, requirements, and specifications prior to submitting bids. Failure to do so will be at the bidders risk. Bids already submitted may be withdrawn without penalty prior to bid opening. Errors discovered after the bid opening may not be corrected. All bids shall be typewritten or in ink on the forms prepared by the board. Bids prepared in pencil will not be accepted. All proposals must be signed by officials of the corporation or company duly authorized to sign bids. Any bid submitted without being signed will automatically be rejected.
