Proposals will be evaluated based on demonstrated understanding of the project, qualifications and experience of the project team, experience with similar design projects, experience administering federally funded projects, quality of previous work and references, proposed project schedule, reasonableness of proposed fees, and overall responsiveness to the request for proposals. The township reserves the right to accept any or all alternative rfps to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder to waive any irregularities of informalities, or both to reject any or all rfps and in general, to make the award of the contract in any manner deemed by the township, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the township.
The township is seeking a multidisciplinary team with demonstrated experience in project management, engineering design, and resiliency evaluations. Preference may be given to teams that demonstrate successful experience implementing similar projects. A site visit is optional. Prospective consultants may request a site visit through the townships designated contact person.
