It is the intent of the state to award this contract on an individual basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidders meeting the specifications.

Bidders must be registered in the LAGov system. Corporations and limited liability companies must be registered and in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State for contracts over $25,000.

Failure to deliver within the time specified or to provide services as specified will constitute a default and may cause cancellation of the contract. The state reserves the right to purchase on the open market and charge the contractor for excess costs.

Bids may be rejected if they do not conform to specifications, if descriptive information is not submitted, or if the bidder is suspended or debarred.
