This is a source sought synopsis, not a request for quotation, to identify businesses capable of fulfilling a product requirement for a mulching head compatible with a Caterpillar skid steer loader. Interested vendors must provide information on their small business status, GSA FSS contract eligibility, Cage code, DUNS number, and a contractor capabilities statement. The synopsis is for nuisance animal control aboard the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island.
