The proposing supplier must be properly licensed to do business in the state of Utah. 2. The proposing supplier must demonstrate that the proposed solution has been commercially available and in use for a minimum of three years. 3. The proposing supplier must provide a chart that shows alignment of the proposed solution and the key uses and can do descriptors for each grade K12. 4. The proposing supplier must provide a sample detailed professional development lesson that shows teachers how the proposed solution aligns with the WIDA practices of support for all levels of language proficiency in listening, reading, speaking and writing. 5. The proposing supplier must follow the student data privacy laws, including FERPA and state-specific regulations.
