Contractors must be qualified, licensed roofing contractors as stated in the RFP.

Quotes must be submitted by October 23, 2026 @4:30 pm PT. late quotes will not be accepted or considered.

Contractors need a minimum of three 3 years of experience providing emergency boardup, property stabilization, and site security services and must hold an Oregon contractor license per ORS **** and fire and smoke damage restoration certification.
