Replace the roof on the Prineville Maintenance Station. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to install a new roof system on the ODOT maintenance station in Prineville Oregon. Work includes installation of new roofing system per specified standards to ensure compliance with plans specs and all applicable building codes. New roof will get installed on a subperlin system over the exisitng roof. All roof penetrations to get new flashing systems. All work shall be completed in accordance with the project schedule, safety regulations, and quality control protocols. Base bid does not include snow gaurds. Supply and install snow guards as shown in the project documents.
