This is a notice of intent to extend a current contract for the operation of fuel supply facilities. The contractor must provide aviation fuel servicing operations, bulk storage operations, and ground fuel servicing operations, with the flexibility to provide 24/7 uninterrupted services in the Pensacola region, including outlying fields. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations is mandatory.

The incumbent contractor is required to provide the following: furnish, manage, maintain, and operate all mobile fuel servicing equipment required and necessary to support the facilities, equipment, vehicles, vessels, and assigned aircrafts. The SP shall provide aviation fuel servicing operations, bulk storage operations and ground fuel servicing operations. The SP shall have the flexibility to provide 24 hour 7 days a week, uninterrupted services in the pensacola region to include all outlying fields. The SP shall ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is responsible for obtaining copies of them, including future changes. The SP shall be responsible for and furnish, as required, all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, and other items as required.
