Firms must be qualified to provide a software solution to assist with the management and automation of CHFA's human resource information and functions.
Failure to comply with the requirements of this RFP may result in CHFA's rejection of a proposal.
Contacting CHFA staff or board members other than through the designated channels may be grounds for elimination from consideration.
