This RFP seeks contract proposals for state mandated curricula instructional materials for career tech education students. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p. m. on the referenced date. The award will be made to the most advantageous proposal based on factors including prices offered, quality, reputation, and conformity with specifications. Payment terms are net not later than 30 days after receipt of a correct invoice or acceptance of goods. The contract is intended to cover normal requirements from the date of award through ****.

The vendor warrants that all equipment furnished under this specification will be new, of good material and workmanship, and agrees to replace promptly any part or parts which by reason of defective material or workmanship shall fail under normal use, free of negligence or accident, for a minimum period of twelve 12 months from date put in operation.
The award will be made to the vendor whose proposal is shown to be most advantageous to onslow county schools, considering factors such as prices offered, quality, and conformity with specifications.
The district may require additional information or presentation by proposer to substantiate vendors responsibility before awarding a contract.
The district may procure goods and services necessary to complete performance from other sources and hold the vendor responsible for any excess cost occasioned thereby in the event of default.
onslow county schools reserves the right to inspect, at a reasonable time, the equipment item, plant or other facilities of a prospective contractor prior to contract award.
Sample of items, when required, must be furnished as stipulated herein, free of expense.
Proposals may be subject to rejection unless submitted on this form, and late submittals are not acceptable.
