The Town of Parker is seeking a qualified consultant for on-call professional construction inspection and management services for parks, trails, and open space projects. Proposals are due electronically by August 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The contract is anticipated to start in September 2026 for an initial one-year term with four one-year renewal options. Services include inspection of grading, concrete, pavement, ADA compliance, lighting, irrigation, and more. The award will be based on the best evaluative score, with consultant qualifications and experience being the most heavily weighted criteria (40%).
Proposals will be received until 2:00 p. m. , August 14, 2026, electronically through Town of Parker Bonfirehub. com.
Successful consultants shall submit monthly invoices by the tenth day of each month to the Town's Finance Department at ***@***. *. * consultant shall be paid on a specific rate of pay basis, not to exceed a stipulated amount without prior authorization.
The staff involved may also be asked to perform warranty inspections and produce associated punch lists of deficiencies for the developers repair.
The intent is to award to the consultant who receives the highest score based on consultant qualifications and relevant experience (40%), key staff qualifications and personnel availability (30%), key staff knowledge and experience (20%), and cost and rate structure (10%).
Consultants must demonstrate knowledge and expertise in development construction inspection/management services related to parks, trails, and open space. Key staff qualifications, availability, and experience are also critical.
Any fines levied by OSHA, state, or town authorities due to inadequate compliance with safety requirements shall be borne solely by the consultant. Damages, penalties, and/or fines imposed on the town or the consultant for failure to obtain required permits, licenses, or fees shall be borne by the consultant.
Submittals that do not follow the required format may be deemed nonresponsive and may not be eligible for further review and evaluation.
