Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded Reclamation consists of the removal of approximately 7. 5 acres of slide/transition ( Slide A) material to rock and the installation of ditches to control drainage. Slide B is included to excavated to rock, to provide for a stable access on the Hazard 7 Level. An Earthwork Bid Item is setup to excavate and transport slide materials to the waste area, via the Hazard 7 bench and Upper Second Creek Road. Material will be placed, graded and compacted at the waste area. Reclamation work at the Slide & Transition area will include the installation of Concrete ditch work ( Concrete Form & Finished) to properly handle surface runoff. Reinforcing steel is included for proper concrete ditch construction. Installation of 15 18, 24 & 36 HDPE pipes & Concrete Headwalls are included to handle surface runoff from the site. A Hoe Ram bid item is included to break boulders and construct rock excavated ditches. Class II Backfill is included to properly backfill Wall & ditches to enhance slope stability above these features. Concrete Gravity Wall are included to ensure the Bryant Residence is not undercut by the proposed surface drainage work; Concrete Gravity Wall is included at the Gail Smith Res, to ensure long term stability of the residential area. Class II/III is included for ditch construction were called for in the plans and as directed by the ENGINEER. Tempo
