The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, June 2, 2026, by 2:00 PM. The contract period is for one year, July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option to extend.

The William Floyd School District may opt to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, considering the lowest cost per item, quality compared to specifications, and vendor responsibility and past performance.

The person signing the bid response must be authorized by the organization to contractually bind the company. Bidders must also complete all information required on the bid form, and failure to fully complete all parts of any line item may cause the bid to be rejected.

At the time of the opening of the bids, if appropriate, each bidder will be presumed to have inspected the site and to have examined and to be thoroughly familiar with the drawings, general requirements and specifications including all addenda thereto.

All specifications are minimum standards and accepted bid samples do not supersede specifications for quality unless bid sample is superior, in which case deliveries must be the same identity and quality as accepted bid sample.

Any questions, requests for clarification or information about the bid specifications or any question related to the bid solicitation must be presented by the bidder to the school district in writing not later than five 5 business days prior to the date bids are scheduled to be opened.

Illegible or vague bids may be rejected. Failure to fulfill any requirements of the bid documents may result in being considered nonresponsive. Bids received after the stated datetime will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

The proposal submission deadline is May 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Specific delivery deadlines for contract data requirements are detailed within the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and vary by item, with some due dates specified in calendar days after certain events (e. g. , lt 30 calendar days after completion of site survey).

The systems must be commercially available and meet or exceed applicable references in Section 2 of Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW), dated December 10, 2025, and Attachment 2, Systems Requirements Document (SRD). The VORTAC, ILS DME, and weather radar systems shall be capable of supporting the Albanian Air Force and NATO inventory aircraft.

A government site survey was conducted at Kucova Air Base, and a copy of the site survey report can be provided upon request to the contracting officer.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted to the government no later than 5:00 PM EST on April 24, 2026.

The bid notice states that proposals shall be due no later than 5:00 p. m. PDT on April 17, 2026. The offeror shall not commence work until a meeting between representatives of the offeror and the County of Ventura is held.

Offerors shall be skilled and regularly engaged in the general class or type of work called for in the solicitation documents.

The deadline for questions or clarifications concerning this RFP is March 30, 2026, 5:00 p. m. PDT.
