Style Rental Government Bids & RFPs

The retreat is scheduled from Friday, 14 August to Sunday, 16 August 2026.

This contract will be awarded as a firm fixed-price agreement. The participant count submitted five calendar days prior to the retreat start date will represent the official invoicing figure.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quote that conforms to the requirements, receives an acceptable rating on technical capability, and submits the quote with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP), provided the TEP is not unbalanced and is determined to be fair and reasonable.

Failure to provide required information, not demonstrating understanding of the RFP in its entirety, or modifying RFP terms in the vendor's submission can lead to disqualification. The county reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the vendor has demonstrated such understanding and the right to disqualify a vendor who does not demonstrate such understanding.

Delivery is requested ASAP after notice of award, receipt of purchase order, or authorized calls for delivery. Bidders guaranteed delivery is days. Note: delivery time may be a factor in determining the winning bidder. The county reserves the right to reject any bids that propose a lengthy delivery schedule if the items are required promptly. Strict delivery timeline: delivery must be completed within 30 days of receiving the purchase order. County terms of payment are 2 10 net 30. Bidder may offer alternate terms here: discount and alternate terms will not be used in award determination.

All items delivered must be guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship.

Awards may be made by individual item, grouped items or lot. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof. Delivery time may be a factor in determining the winning bidder.

The vendor must be primarily engaged in the commercial sale, leasing, or modification of shipping containers. Bids from general merchandise resellers, brokers, or thirdparty logistics firms that do not hold physical inventory will be rejected. The vendor must own the quoted container at the time of bid submission. The county reserves the right to request datestamped photographs of the exact unit including the container identification number prior to award. The vendor must utilize their own delivery fleet or a dedicated, verified heavyhaul logistics partner. Dropshipping from unverified thirdparty wholesale yards is strictly prohibited. The vendor must provide at least three 2 references from recent municipal, government, or heavy commercial clients who have purchased similar highcube containers within the last 12 months.

Liquidated damages for late delivery: time is of the essence. If the vendor fails to deliver the specified container within the agreedupon timeframe, the county reserves the right to assess liquidated damages in the amount of **** per calendar day for each day the delivery is delayed beyond the specified deadline. This amount may be deducted from any invoice submitted by the vendor. Right to cancel default: if the vendor fails to deliver the container within 30 days following the agreedupon delivery date, the county reserves the right to declare the vendor in default and immediately terminate the purchase order without penalty, liability, or cancellation fees.

Samples: When required must be delivered prior to the bid opening and free of charge. Samples will be returned at bidders expense and bidder is required to arrange for pick up.

Vendors protesting or disputing bid specifications must do so in writing during the bid opening period prior to the due date to be considered. Such protests must be in the possession of the bureau of purchase and supplies three working days prior to the bid opening.

Failure to complete this bid in its entirety may result in disqualification. Copies obtained from any other source are not considered official documents and will be considered incomplete if missing addenda, if any, resulting in disqualification.
