The solicitation is for travel management services for the U. S. Consulate General Hong Kong. The contract is a firm fixed price, one-year base period with four one-year option periods, starting July 1, 2025. The government will pay a transaction fee per transaction, as per attachment 3. The contractor must also provide lodging reservation services, and endeavor to obtain government rates when available. The contractor must provide environmentally sustainable measures such as offering travelers the option to book train travel for trips under 250 miles to encourage carbon savings.

This solicitation is for encampment site waste removal and cleanup services in Orange County, California. The prime contractor must maintain specific licenses and trainings, including a Class A XBF general engineering contractor license, hazardous substance removal haz certification, hazardous materials certificates, trauma scene waste management practitioner certificate, waste tire hauler registration, hazardous waste transporter registration, confined space entry certification, and hazardous waste operations and emergency response (Hazwoper) certification. Subcontractors applying or spraying disinfectant must possess a pest control business license, qualified applicator license, and confined space entry certification. Proof of these requirements must be provided to Caltrans prior to applying or spraying disinfectant. Bidders must possess a valid registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and a valid motor carrier permit from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
