This is a temporary sole source task order for relocation services, with a period of performance from May 01, 2026, through November 30, 2026. This period will allow for system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and smoke testing to enable the system to go active for NASA on August 2, 2026. The remaining period will allow NASA to operate out of the go. gov solution with adtrav while the awarded TMC for NASA obtains its security memorandum for record authority to operate (MFR ATO), performs system configuration and testing, and goes live on December 1, 2026. The scope of travel agent services includes travel arrangements, reservations, ticketing, and traveler support for air, rail, lodging, car rental, and ancillary services. This may include booking, business services, destination services, frequent traveler and loyalty programs, international services, invoicing, CBA reconciliation, profile management, quality assurance control, standard travel management reporting, and stand-alone bookings for lodging and/or rental car only. These services, while primarily in support of go. gov, may be needed for services managed outside of go. gov.
