Spac Rental Government Bids & RFPs

Responses are due no later than 3:00 PM on July 29, 2026. Proposals will not be accepted after this time.

Rent payments will be made electronically through ACH. Timely payment is contingent upon the annual appropriation of funds by the Commonwealth.

Small business participation and commitments will be considered as a factor for selection for lease award.

Proposers must submit a complete proposal package, including all required forms. Failure to include necessary information may result in rejection.

If the lessor fails to comply with lease provisions regarding readiness for occupancy, they may be liable for liquidated damages of one percent (1%) of the first year's annual rent for each day the premises are not ready.

The minimum annual base rent is $29,****, payable in monthly installments. Rent commencement is the earlier of 90 days after lease execution or when approvals to begin construction are received. The base rent increases by at least 3% annually. the minimum bid, which is equivalent to the annual rent for the first year of the lease, shall not be less than twentynine thousand, fourhundred dollars 29, 400 minimum rent.

Failure to enter into a contract within 60 days of award results in forfeiture of the bid security. Penalties may also apply for discrimination. should the successful bidder fail to execute and deliver the lease, as defined in section 7, within sixty 60 days after bid award, the bidder forfeits to the township, as liquidated damages, the bid security deposited with its bid.
