This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for dry cleaning and laundry services over a 5-year period (September 15, 2026, to September 14, 2031). Quotes are due September 8, 2026, at 10:00 am EST. The acquisition is set aside for total small business concerns. Technical requirements include providing proof of training, having at least two employees per machine area, and having at least two working machines of each type. The contractor is liable for lost or damaged government property. Invoices must be submitted electronically via IPP.
The contractor shall provide twice weekly pickup and delivery services Tuesday and Friday for soiled and clean garments, respectively, between the hours of 5:30 am and 8:00 am.
The contractor shall submit all invoices electronically through the government's invoice processing platform ippat ipp. gov, in accordance with the contract terms and invoicing instructions provided at the time of the award.
The basis of award is lowest price, technically acceptable.
Contractor shall provide a list of references minimum of four for all contracts of similar or like services to both commercial and federal agencies within the last three 3 years.
The contractor shall be liable for any government property delivered for servicing that is lost, damaged, destroyed, or, in the opinion of the contracting officer, or designated representative, cannot be satisfactorily repaired or cleaned.
Evaluation of these requirements would occur through site visits to the contractor facilities at times dates agreed to and mutually convenient to the government and contractor.
