This performance work statement (PWS) details requirements for contractor support in conducting classified data-driven analyses of DOD requirements to inform the integration of these capabilities into the US Transportation Command's (USTRANSCOM) Global Bulk Fuel Management and Delivery (GBFMD) operations.
