Proposals and contracts are subject to the Texas Public Information Act (PIA). Submission of any document to any HHSC agency in response to this IFB constitutes an irrevocable waiver and agreement by the submitting party to fully indemnify the state of Texas and the HHSC agency from any claim of infringement regarding the intellectual property rights of the submitting party or any third party for any materials submitted to HHSC by the submitting party.
