Latest US Snack Insurance Contracts & Bids

The City of Lawrenceville is seeking proposals for an annual contract for snack and beverage vending machines and services at City Hall, Public Works, and Police Department facilities. Proposals are due October 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. Successful firms must meet insurance requirements (authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department, with an A. M. Best rating of A5 or higher). Selection criteria are outlined in the RFP documents. Proposals are due Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the purchasing office, Building P49. The RFP includes detailed specifications for vending machines, snacks, and fresh meals, including insurance requirements, monthly reporting, and maintenance. Proposals must be submitted on a specified format, including a table of contents, qualifications, service capabilities, technical capabilities, and technical requirements. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The contract will be for one year, extendable up to five years. The district will consider commission percentage, vendor reputation, quality of goods/services, and other factors in determining the award. Proposals will be publicly opened at 10:15 AM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. The district reserves the right to hold proposals for 60 calendar days before awarding the contract. Proposals sent by fax or email will not be accepted. Late proposals will be returned unopened. The district reserves the right to request additional copies of proposals at no cost. The contract will include terms set forth in this RFP. If the district and the selected contractor have not executed a contract within 30 calendar days after the award, the district will negotiate with the contractor submitting the next best proposal. The district reserves the right to execute an award without further discussion of the proposals submitted. The proposal should be initially submitted on the most favorable terms that can be offered. The contractor shall specifically stipulate in the cover letter that the proposal is predicated upon the acceptance of all specifications, terms and conditions stated in this RFP. It is the intent of the district to award the contract within sixty calendar days from the date of the RFP opening. All contracts requiring an action or vote by the Laredo College board of trustees will require completion of form **** certificate of interested parties. Vendors must provide a certificate of insurance. Payment will be made in accordance with Texas government code, subchapter b, payments and interest, chapter **** b. Terms are to be 30 days net although contractor may in addition offer early payment discounts for use at the ordering members discretion.

Bid for a vending route at a federal prison location. Applicants must submit verification of current liability insurance (5 business days to obtain if not currently licensed), and ServSafe certification (if required, 30 days to obtain). Applicants in suspension status or with debts to the commission, wholesalers, suppliers, or facility are ineligible. Resignations or retirements from vending facilities within the last 6 months for reasons other than health, or submitting and refusing an awarded vending facility are also disqualifying factors. The South Carolina Commission for the Blind does not guarantee sales, profits, or opening dates. Bids must be received by email or certified mail postmarked by September 11, 2025.

Vendors must provide a list of items for sale with a proposed price list, which must be approved by the board of park commissioners. The vendor will pay the city a percentage of gross sales, agreed upon by both parties. The vendor will retain all remaining proceeds. The city will provide certain equipment (flat top griller, deep fryer, etc. ) and utilities (gas, electric, water, sanitary sewer). The contract is for 12 months with potential for 3 one-year extensions. Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. The city is exempt from state and federal taxes. Additional forms (equal employment opportunity, legal employment declaration, non-collusion affidavit, conflict of interest disclosure) are required. Vendors must disclose any adverse information, including felony convictions, bankruptcies, tax liens, and claims filed against the city within the last 5 years. A bid bond (USD 1,000) and a performance bond (USD 3,000) may be required. The vendor must begin general services and sales by September 1, 2025. Concession stand must be open during specified hours.

Sealed bids are requested for an automated vending contract at the Ft. Polk campus. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms by 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time on July 24, 2025. The contract period is July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the possibility of two 12-month extensions. The contract includes requirements for vending machine specifications, equipment, maintenance, insurance, and payment terms. The university is exempt from sales/use tax. Bidders must include a W-9 form and their tax identification number. Additional information, such as descriptive literature and illustrations, may be required for equivalent brands/models. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected, considering quality, conformity with specifications, and delivery time. A purchase order will be issued within 30 days of bid receipt.
