F. A. Bartlett Tree Experts has developed an intimate, site specific knowledge of this property through prior engagement, including the creation of a comprehensive analysis and individualized treatment plan for all 298 trees on site.

Entrusting their care to a contractor without this established knowledge base introduces unnecessary risk of damage or loss.

This requirement will be awarded using a best value tradeoff process, where past performance will be considered more important than price.

Vendors must have DUNS and be registered at System for Award Management (SAM. gov) prior to being awarded a Government Purchase Order.

Contractor personnel not listed on the access request form may be denied access to the Coast Guard facility. Any personnel violating access policies may lose access.

The contract period of performance shall be from contract award to April 14, 2027.
