Responses to this RFI are due no later than June 19, 2026, by **** EST.

The white paper submission requires administrative information including the offeror's name, mailing address, phone number, email, business type, Cage Code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and facility security clearance.

Letters of interest are due on or before 1:00 PM ET, 1 June 2026.

Interested parties should submit a letter of interest detailing how their organization would meet the requirements listed above. Please provide a capabilities statement that outlines your company's experience and expertise in performing similar work, particularly within secure downrange or government facilities. Your response should highlight your ability to meet the onsite support requirements and your familiarity with the specified compliance standards.

The deadline for submitting capability statements is May 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST.

Interested firms should submit a capability statement of no more than 10 pages indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort, including architecture diagrams, technical approach, compliance, and gaps.

The vendor must indicate the estimated cost of the system.

The bid notice states that potential offerors shall be able to provide records of performance and notice of violation records. Responses to this notice should include company name and unique entity identifier (UEI) to confirm company is registered in the System for Award Management (SAM. gov), company business size for NAICS code ****, and a capability statement and/or brochure or applicable past performance information that demonstrates that the service can be provided by your company.

The anticipated period of performance includes a one-year base period and four one-year optional periods, with the base year potentially starting on April 3, 2027, and ending on April 2, 2028. Option year 1 would be April 3, 2028, to April 2, 2029; Option year 2 would be April 3, 2029, to April 2, 2030; Option year 3 would be April 3, 2030, to April 2, 2031; and Option year 4 would be April 3, 2031, to April 2, 2032. The bid notice states The anticipated period of performance is: base year April 3, 2027 April 2, 2028.

Responses shall demonstrate experience and technical expertise in providing engineering, operations, and cybersecurity support for M365 environments at impact level 5 (NIPRNet), impact level 6 (SIPRNet), and impact level 7 (Top Secret) including integrated third-party products. Prime contractors shall be at least CMMI Services v3. 0 Maturity Level 5 for all contract work and supporting subcontractors shall be at least CMMI Services v3. 0 Maturity Level 3 for the life of the contract. The work to be performed under this contract is up to the Top Secret level, therefore, responses shall demonstrate an interim or final Top Secret facility clearance from the Defense Security Service Facility Clearance Branch. All contractor staff are required to have a minimum of a Secret clearance and a Top Secret clearance will be required as needed to support specific DEOS projects. Key contractor personnel shall be Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certified and the vendor shall be authorized to provide enterprise cloud service offering certified staff support.
