The Greene County is seeking proposals for esri enterprise migration and support. The deadline for submitting proposals is December 18th, 2025, at 1:00 p. m. Central Standard Time. A preproposal conference is scheduled for December 4th, 2025, at 10:00 a. m. The cutoff for questions is December 10th, 2025, at 10:00 a. m. The contract term is for one year, with options to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. The county will evaluate proposals based on experience, expertise, resources, project approach, and cost. The county reserves the right to conduct interviews and negotiations.

Payment for services will be made monthly on approved invoices, with payment terms of net 30 days upon receipt of invoice.
The seller expressly warrants that all articles, materials, work, and services covered by the contract will conform to each and every specification, drawing, sample or other description which is furnished to or adopted by the county, and that they will be fit and sufficient for the purpose intended, merchantable, of acceptable material and workmanship, and free from defect.
The evaluation committee will evaluate proposals and a recommendation will be made to the buyer. Each proposal will be evaluated for full compliance with the rfp instructions to the offeror and the mandatory terms and conditions set forth within the rfp.
To be considered a responsive offeror, the offeror shall submit a proposal that meets the minimum requirements set forth in the request for proposal. To be a responsible offeror, the offeror shall have the capability in all respects to perform fully the minimum requirements, and the tenacity, perseverance, experience, integrity, reliability, capacity, facilities, equipment, and credit that will ensure good faith performance.
The preproposal conference is not mandatory but is highly encouraged.
