Palos Verdes, Via Valencia, and Via Balboa will be full street reconstruction including the installation of new water lines. This project includes approximately 38, 000 SY of concrete pavement, 6, 800 LF of new water mains, and over 8, 000 SY of new sidewalk and driveway.
