All work associated with installation of the weigh scale in the sludge loading bay shall be fully completed by February 26, 2027.

Bidders must be prequalified in conformance with Oregon Revised Statute **** or the Grants pass Municipal Code. A prequalification form must be submitted to the city five calendar days prior to the bid opening date in order for the bid to be considered. All prequalification forms are due no later than 5:00 p. m. on Friday, July 10, 2026. The class or classes of work for which bidders must prequalify are the following: buildings, painting, and bridges and structures.

A nonmandatory prebid meeting will be held at the water restoration plant located at **** SW Greenwood Avenue, Grants Pass, Oregon, on Thursday, June 25, at 3:00 p. m. localtime. All bidders will be required to attend and signin on the nonmandatory prebid conference signin sheet.

If the prequalification form is not submitted five calendar days prior to the bid opening date or the bidder has not prequalified with the city within the previous 12 months, the bid will be automatically rejected, remain unopened, marked as rejected and filed with the other bids.

All other items are desired within 12 weeks from award of order. It is understood that item 6 charge air cooler may have a delivery of 18 weeks or more.

Payment for agreements under $500,000 will be made within 30 days of the receipt of a proper billing or the delivery of the goods or services to the locations specified in the agreement, whichever is later.

The contractor is obligated to fulfill its responsibilities until warranty, guarantee, maintenance and parts availability requirements have completely expired.

In case of default by the contractor, for any reason whatsoever, the state of Alaska may procure the goods or services from another source and hold the contractor responsible for any resulting excess cost and may seek other remedies under law or equity.

Offerors comments concerning defects and questionable or objectionable material in the rfq must be made in writing and received by the purchasing authority before the date and time set for receipt of quotes.

Extremely long delivery times for critical equipment may cause a quote to be declared not responsive unless no quotes can meet the desired delivery time.
