The Texas School for the Deaf (TSD) is seeking proposals for a Lead Family Support Advocate. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026, with a possible one-year renewal. Proposals are due August 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM CT. The RFP includes detailed requirements for qualifications, experience, scope of work, and submission procedures. Additional services may be added after the award, subject to negotiation. The contract will be governed by Texas law, and the dispute resolution process outlined in Chapter **** of the Texas Government Code must be used to resolve any disputes.
Proposals must be submitted by August 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM CT. Proposals shall be received and date and time stamped by tsd purchasing personnel prior to 3: 00 pm central time on the date specified in section ii, subsection 1, and the place specified in section ii, subsection 5. late proposals will not be considered.
Invoices should be submitted no more than thirty 30 days after weekly service is provided, and must include vendor name, TSD PO contract no. , services provided, dates of service, and itemized total cost. contractor shall submit all invoices to: texas school for the deaf, accounts payable, **** s. congress avenue, austin, tx **** or designated tsd soc staff.
