Three commercial- grade dehumidifiers will be installed and properly distributed to maintain controlled humidity levels, with condensate lines routed for proper drainage. All crawlspace vents will be sealed using rigid foam insulation blocks and spray foam to create an airtight environment. Additional components including drainage piping, condensate lines, and minor gravel placement will be installed as needed to support system performance. All seams, penetrations, and transitions will be sealed to ensure a complete system.
