Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking bids for native prairie seed species. The contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with a potential 12-month extension. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis, and TPWD does not guarantee minimum or maximum quantities. Bids are due by August 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. Delivery is required within 14 working days after an order is placed, FOB destination. Award will be based on best value. Invoices should be sent to Accounts Payable.

Award will be based on best value criteria and may include lowest price, ability, qualifications and experience, delivery service schedule, past performance, and life cycle costs. TPWD will award a contracts to the respondents whose quote is considered to be the best value to TPWD, price, and other factors considered.
TPWD reserves the right to consider respondent qualifications, equipment, facility, references, and conduct studies as necessary to evaluate any response.
