HCS will select offerors based on their responses to the RFP, considering offerors experience, capability and skills, services to be provided, and price. Exceptions and alternatives will also be considered. HCS intends to award a contract to the offeror who, in HCS's opinion, has made the best proposal.
Offerors must be qualified and possess experience in providing comparable real-time captioning services, with captioners being Certified Shorthand Reporters (CSR) and Registered Professional Reporters (RPR).
